Agendized includes a global search that looks across every organization, team, meeting, agenda item, and uploaded document you have access to. This is the fastest way to find a specific file or agenda item without browsing through individual meetings.
Steps
- Log in to Agendized and go to any page in the app.
- In the top navigation bar, click Search. (This same option is also available as a magnifying-glass icon in the left-hand sidebar on any organization or team page.)
- On the Global Search page, click into the search box labeled "Search organizations, teams, meetings, agenda items, documents..."
- Type your search term — this can be a keyword, a document name, part of an agenda item title, or a topic (for example, "Budget").
- Click the Search button, or press Enter.
- Review your results. Matches are grouped into categories, such as:
- Team Documents — files uploaded to a team's document library, organized by category (for example, Financials, Policy).
- Agenda Items — individual agenda items from any meeting that mention your search term, along with any files attached to that item.
- Each result shows which team and organization it belongs to, so you can tell results apart when you belong to multiple teams or organizations (for example, "Board Meeting • Formation Tech").
- For any document result, you can:
- Click Preview to view the file without downloading it.
- Click Download to save the file to your device.
- If there are more results than fit on one page, use the page number links (for example, 1, 2, 3...) at the bottom of the results to move through additional pages.
Tips
- Search works across full text inside PDFs and Word documents, not just file names — so you can find a document by searching for a phrase inside it.
- If you only want to browse a single team's documents rather than searching everything, go to that team's page and scroll to the Team Documents section, which lets you browse files by category tab (for example, Policy 1000, Financials) instead of searching by keyword.
