If you recorded a meeting's audio separately (for example, with a phone, a conferencing tool, or a dedicated recorder), you can attach that recording to the meeting in Agendized so it's stored alongside the agenda, motions, and minutes.
Steps
- Navigate to the meeting you want to add a recording to.
- Click Actions, then Edit meeting.
- In the Edit Meeting window, scroll down past the Documents section to Meeting Recording.
- Click Upload recording (or drag and drop your audio file into the box).
- Select your audio file. Supported formats are MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, and WebM, up to 100 MB.
- Once the file finishes uploading, click Update Meeting to save it to the meeting.
The recording will now be stored with the meeting and accessible to anyone with access to view the meeting's details.
Notes
- This field is specifically for a meeting's audio recording — general documents (PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, images) have their own upload area just above it in the same Edit Meeting window.
- The 100 MB limit is specific to the recording upload; the general Documents upload area has a separate 50 MB per-file limit.
- If you need to replace a recording, open Edit Meeting again and upload a new file in the same section.
